hotel in Uganda.
Job Summary: The Front
Office Manager will support the Tourist Luxury Hotel be taking charge of the
overall management of Front Office operations, including, Guest Relations,
Nights and Executive Lounge.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:  
·        
Ensure efficient guest registration, checkout, guest
service, and telephone service, while ensuring all brand standards are being
applied.
·        
Actively monitor and maintain the front office
systems and equipment to ensure optimum performance.
·        
Regularly interact positively with customers and
take action to resolve problems to maintain a high level of customer
satisfaction and quality.
·        
Coordinate activities with other hotel departments
in order to facilitate increased levels of communication and guest
satisfaction.
·        
Quickly resolve customer complaints; anticipate
potential problems by reviewing and monitoring complaints, operational issues,
business flow and to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality.
·        
The incumbent will ensure excellent guest service
through internal measurement and external i.e. Trip Advisor.
·        
Comply with attendance rules and be available to
work on a regular basis.
·        
Perform any other job related duties as assigned
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: The ideal candidate
for the Hotel Front Office Manager should hold a Diploma or, Bachelor’s degree
in Leisure, Hospitality, Business, Tour Operations, Catering and experience in
customer care.
