Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
The Finance and Administration Manager will serve as
a Member of the senior management team.
Provides overall leadership on all financial issues
including reporting to different stakeholders.
Actively participates in the development of the
overall Business plan and annual plans of the company.
Takes part in the formulation and review of
company’s policies and manuals.
Establishes, maintains and implements all policies
relating to financial management, financial controls and risk.
Responsible for overseeing the Treasury’s function,
Manages liquidity and the appropriate level of assets and liabilities. Advises
management on investment and funding decisions.
Manages the accounting system and process.
Co-ordinates internal and external audits, legal and
any other statutory requirements.
Responsible for periodic, accurate and timely
reporting to the central bank, management, Board Committee and other stake
holders including statutory reports.
Handling administrative work for the company e.g.
procurement, managing contracts with service providers, logistics management,
Stores and Inventory management etc.
General office maintenance and ensuring good working
conditions of all staff.
Qualifications, Skills and
The ideal candidate should preferably hold a Degree
in Accounting of Finance from a reputable university or college.
Possession of a master’s degree in Business
Administration or any related field is an added advantage.
Professional accounting Certification e.g. CPA, ACCA
A minimum of five years of managerial experience
with a regulated financial institution by Central Bank.
Working knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
Knowledge of Bankers realm Accounting and loan
tracking software and the Microfin Budgeting tool is an added advantage.
Good communication, unquestionable character and
interpersonal skills.
The applicant must be mature and intelligent with
strong work ethics, integrity and able to work under pressure to meet strict
Age: Between 30 to
45 years.
