Key Duties and Responsibilities:

In charge of managing a large fleet of tractors,
tractor mounted winches, trailers, cane loading machines of cane transport and
factory front end loaders and other miscellaneous equipment working in shifts
to achieve optimum level of availability.

Mentor and supervise a team of supervisors,
mechanics, welders, auto electricians tyre fitters and other technicians,

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
·
The applicant should hold a Degree in Agricultural,
Mechanical or Automobile engineering from a recognized tertiary institution.

A minimum of five years’ experience in a busy
agricultural workshop, three (3) years of which should have been in a senior
supervisory position.
