Job Summary: The Debtors &
Creditors will ensure that all income is earned, billed and collected timely.
Additionally, they will also ensure that all service providers are invoiced
correctly, LPOs are raised and service providers are paid timeously. He/she
further provides and disseminates the relevant information to the property
manager and stake holders.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
·        
Satisfy all stakeholder’s value for money by
providing high quality services on all its business transactions.
·        
In charge of preparing regular payments to be made
by the tenants.
·        
Ensure that LPOs meet the procurement standards.
·        
Ensure that all the bank transactions are
reconciled.
·        
Update the cash book and book keeping of the
facility.
·        
In charge of the maintenance and control of Rental
Debtors and Creditors for the property.
·        
Maintenance of trade Debtors for KFFM.
·        
Ensure that all Debtors are captured on MDA
·        
MDA should be updated timeously.
·        
In charge of providing aged Debtor and Creditors
Analysis.
·        
Maintenance of dishonoured cheques register.
·        
Maintenance of retail tenancy leases including the
opening new accounts in MDA.
·        
Provide any other information required by Accounts,
& Property Management on Income & Trade Debtors.
·        
In charge of filing all output documents generated
in all of the above reports.
·        
Prepare and submit reports
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
·        
The ideal candidates should preferably hold Degrees
in Accounting or related courses with professional training level in ACCA or
CPA
·        
At least two years of related experience
·        
Strong financial background.
