Job Summary: The Senior Valuation Officer will provide
timely and accurate assessment on the market values of land and property
acquired for infrastructure development.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

In charge of planning and implementing Resettlement

Responsible for implementing the valuation system in
line with the approved guidelines

market demand, condition of items, future trends and other factors (e.g.
location, size, zoning legislation).

Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:

The applicant should hold an Honors Bachelor’s
Degree in Land Economics or Valuation. Hold a post graduate qualification in
valuation from a recognized University/ institution will be of added advantage.

At least seven years’ experience in Valuation
Environment in Government or a reputable organization three (3) of which must
