conference complex) to Tourism Promotion Services (TPS) (U) Ltd which currently
operates the complex as Kampala Serena Hotel Conference Centre. The Company is
therefore an asset holding company and its principal activity is to monitor the
performance of the concession.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee an end-to-end process for the Company

Manage the monitoring of the Company’s concessioned

Actively monitor the concession in accordance with
the Lease and Concession Agreement

Qualifications, Skills and

business management or related discipline

Possession of a Masters’ degree or other
