of training modules. We specialize in strategic planning, resource mobilisation,
change management, HR consulting, project management, organizational

Belgium Technical Cooperation, Knight Frank, Grant Thornton, USAID, Uganda Aids
Commission, International Medical Group, Vodafone and the Britannia Group. BBB
specializes in enhancing the performance and productivity of client’s work
force and empowering organizations’ to deliver real change.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:  
·        
Responsible for staff welfare management for the
organization;
·        
The incumbent will oversee the recruitment of staff
as necessary
·        
Ensure adequate controls relating to staff
recruitment in line with organization policies
·        
Plan, organize and develop the annual staff
appraisal program
·        
Prepare and deliver timely HR and Administration
Budgets, work plans and performance reports as instructed by the supervisor
·        
Prepare the staff training program
·        
Oversee the process of identifying staff training
needs
·        
Compiling, reviewing and keeping custody of the
staff lists and related personnel records Providing support and expert advice in
the management of the payroll for the organization;
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  
·        
The applicant should preferably hold a university
degree from a recognized Institution
·        
A minimum of two to three years’ experience in
recruitment in a reputable organization
·        
Mature professional who can supervise subordinates
·        
Ability to deliver with limited supervision
·        
High standards of personal integrity and ethical
behavior
·        
Ability to mentor and provide team leadership to
colleagues and staff.
·        
Highly pro-active
·        
Ability to work in a small team of diverse
individuals
·        
Time-management and multitasking skills.
·        
People skills
·        
Age: between 25-35
years
