Job Summary: The District
Airtel Money Manager will be responsible for the development and maintenance of
the Agent network as well as customer recruitment initiatives.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
·        
In charge of the identification of potential agents
and recruitment of the same for Sales & Distribution.
·        
Responsible for day to day monitoring of the
activities of the Agent management.
·        
Responsible for implementation of any customer
acquisition initiatives in designated areas.
·        
The incumbent will be in charge of Agent network
management by overseeing the activities of the Agent management provider
ensuring adequate liquidity of Agents.
·        
Responsible for Agents training and product
knowledge and enhancement activities.
·        
In charge of monitoring agents’ visibility and
merchandising.
·        
Assist in problem resolution or queries on Airtel
Money.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
·        
The applicant should hold  a diploma in business.
·        
At least a year’s experience.
·        
Customer focused.
·        
High business acumen
·        
Good product knowledge.
·        
Excellent interpersonal skills.
·        
Strong coaching skills.
·        
Excellent communications skills, both orally and in
writing.
·        
Sets high personal standards and is goal oriented.
