construction management firm in the World. Hill International is seeking, for
the construction of a 5 star Hotel in Kampala – Uganda.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
·        
The Electrical Engineer should have full knowledge
of electrical and ELV/IT/AV systems, their operations and their execution in construction
to the highest standard.
·        
Ensure that all systems are being implemented
properly, inclusive of the ELV/IT/AV systems by the subcontractor.
·        
Overlook the works in all areas such that it is
being executed properly.
·        
Required to crosscheck the systems already
implemented.
·        
Detect any issues or defects in the executed work.
·        
Quickly solve any problems that may arise, whether
due to detected issues or in the execution of remaining works.
·        
Inspect completed installations and observe
operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and
compliance with operational and safety standards.
·        
Study technical drawings and specifications of
electrical systems to ensure that installation and operations conform to
standards and requirements.
·        
Carry out necessary study to identify and correct
power system problems.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
·        
The applicant should preferably hold a University
Degree in Electrical Engineering
·        
At least fifteen years of related experience
·        
Previous experience in at least one five star hotel
project is mandatory
·        
Fluently speaker of the English language
