Key Duties and Responsibilities:  
·        
Actively monitor costs, projected expenditure
against budget and projected plans for the Business Unit
·        
Support the Payments team in ensuring compliance
with the service level agreements between the Bank and internal / external
stakeholders
·        
Build and strengthen working relationships with
areas supported to ensure timely resolutions of issues.
·        
Develop systems which will eliminate manual processes
within the division and those that will increase effectiveness in delivering
critical business information
·        
Provide accurate and timely reports for all
Executive Director Finance meetings
·        
Manage the Executive Director’s diary
·        
Provide primary management and decision support
information for Support functions
·        
Management and reporting of leave status for Finance
department
·        
Manage all stationery and other equipment by signing
off the delivery notes
·        
Carry out periodic self-assessment on key controls
to assess the proper functioning and adequacy of existing controls
·        
Assess and review the Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) for
the Business Unit
·        
Assist in coordinating, facilitating and promoting
understanding of reputational risk
·        
Manage all welfare issues for the Business Unit
·        
Be the champion for Employee Volunteering activities
in the Business Unit
·        
Manage and track implementation of Individual
Learning Development Programs and other staff engagement plans
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  
·        
The applicant should hold a University degree in
Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline (excluding a pass
degree) from a recognized institution
·        
A maximum of a credit 6 in both Mathematics and
English at O level
·        
Working experience in a finance role is an added
advantage
·        
Computer literacy skills i.e. MS Excel, Word, Power
Point, and Outlook is essential
·        
The use of simple system/ data query tools/ Database
programming (SQL, Access) is an added advantage.
·
