Job Summary: The Agronomist will
be responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating the production
function in their area
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
·        
The ideal candidate should preferably hold a good University
Degree (Bsc in Horticulture, Agronomy or Farm management) or Higher Diploma in
Farm management with additional qualification in management
·        
A minimum of six years’ experience in farm
management responsibilities or similar position will be added advantage
·        
The Agronomist should be passionate about horticultural
development and quality management
·        
Must be willing to be HANDS ON and fully be engaged
in the field
·        
Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication
& interpersonal skills
·        
Person should be able to work for long hours.
·        
High personal drive end aspiration for results
·        
Computer literacy with working knowledge in Excel
and Word
·        
Excellent command in both spoken and written
English, Kiswahili
