Tomorrow is an organization made up of big desires which are two-fold: first
and foremost, we want to construct enough primary schools in East Africa so
that every child with a desire to learn may do so in a quality learning
environment. Secondly, we want to educate populations around the world on why
having quality schools matters so much.
Job Summary:  The Building Tomorrow BT Fellows Program aims
to catalyze systemic change across Uganda’s public education system by
strengthening the school leadership to transform the failing public schools.
The program engages Uganda’s youth in developing holistic and long-term
solutions to systemic issues plaguing their country. Throughout the process,
these fellows go on their own transformational journey to realize their true
potential and commit to the development of communities in their own way.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
·        
The applicants should preferably have recently graduated
from a Ugandan university
·        
Fluency in both written and spoken English
·        
The incumbent should be passionate about causing
social change
·        
Possess critical thinking ability and skills
·        
Highly meticulous
·        
Keen attention to detail
·        
The Fellow must be highly motivated, ambitious, and
passionate
·        
The Fresh Graduate must also be highly persuasive
with the ability to influence without authority i.e. tact
·        
High degree of flexible, creative, and open-minded
