Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
·        
Oversee the plant and equipment activities in
consultation with the Construction Manager and Planners to ensure they are
utilized on the project and are accomplished in a timely and cost effective
manner;
·        
Guide and manage plant and equipment for
maintenance, quality and shipping and receiving;
·        
Establish and monitor overall plant & equipment
performance for compliance, safety and quality standards;
·        
Ensure the control and minimize premium freight and
repair expenses;
·        
Maintain existing plant facilities and equipment;
replace, or make adjustments to plant & equipment when necessary;
·        
Schedules service work according to priority in
consultation with Construction Manager and Planner;
·        
The incumbent implements and maintains preventative
maintenance programs.
·        
Ensure compliance with corporate policies
·        
Oversee and control work load of service technicians
and support staff.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
·        
The Supervisor Plant & Equipment should at least
hold a Diploma in a relevant field.
·        
At least two years’ experience as a Supervisor Plant
& Equipment on a remote construction site is desirable.
·        
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·        
Ability to receive and accept feedback in relation
to role requirements, duties and results
·        
Actively engage confidently and openly with team members,
colleagues and clients
·        
Request assistance to perform tasks or solve complex
issues if required
