Job Summary:  The Marketing Executive-Projects will be
charged with building the sales and market development within the retail and
commercial environments working with the building industry professionals and
other fraternity through understanding the requirements of the market and
matching these with the products/services of the company to improve develop
business and satisfy market demand.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
·        
Work
closely with the building industry professionals in relation to the company’s
product(s) specifications.
·        
Expeditiously
follow up on sales on corporate tendering and procurement.
·        
Carry
out project management and post-installation surveys.
·        
In
charge of developing and managing client relationships.
·        
Responsible
for product development & planning.
·        
Represent
the company in events such as seminars, conferences and trade fairs.
·        
Technically
supporting overall corporate marketing initiatives.
·        
Sales
coordination and management-responding and following up on sales enquiries
·        
Actively
monitor performance of projects to ensure sales targets are achieved.
·        
Carry
out product training, demonstrations and promotions to customers.
·        
Ensure
timeliness and cost effectiveness in products’ delivery.
·        
Conduct
market research, competitor and customer surveys.
·        
Provide
the necessary documentation to customers e. g bills of quantities, quotations,
specification schedules etc
·        
Perform
any other related duties assigned to you from time to time
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
·        
The
ideal candidate should be a Degree/Higher Diploma in a building &
construction related field/course.
·        
At
least two years’ experience business development or sales preferably within the
Building and Construction Industry working closely with the professionals in
the industry (Architects/Quantity Surveyors/Engineers).
·        
Computer
literacy skills i.e. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
·        
Excellent
analytical, sound planning and organizing skills.
·        
Ability
to think creatively and take an innovative and flexible approach to problem
solving.
·        
Excellent
written and oral communication skills
·        
Excellent
interpersonal and influencing skills
·        
Possess
the ability to build strong working relationships.
·        
Good
team player who is energetic, results-oriented and customer-focused.
·        
Proactive
and ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
·        
Fluent
in written and spoken English
