USAID Project:
seeks to implement an anticipated USAID-funded project that will support
improving access, especially at the community level, to affordable, quality
family planning services and a wide range of contraceptive methods.
The Senior
Technical Advisors will offer specialist expertise in family
planning/reproductive health, service delivery, training, capacity building,
behavior change communication, policy, private sector engagement, and/or
community mobilization.
Skills and Experience: 
  • The applicants for the Senior Technical Advisor vacancies should
    preferably hold advanced degrees in health sciences, public health,
    international development, or related field
  • A minimum of seven years’ experience of providing technical
    assistance in areas related to family planning.
  • Significant experience of building the capacity of local
    implementing partners in community-based settings required.
  • Fluent spoken and written English required and one or more of
    Ugandan local languages.
