Summary: The General Manager will provide support to the Managing Director in
overseeing the general management of the company with primary focus on creation
of strategies and implementation.

Develop and implement an organisational delivery
strategy by providing support in business development, assisting in identifying
potential clients, assessing their insurance needs and risk profiles. Conduct
technical presentation of information about clients including preparation of
reports and risk notes for underwriters and negotiating for successful
acquisition and placement of business;

Qualifications,
Skills and Experience:
Skills and Experience:

The General Manager must hold a Master’s degree
majoring in any of the following fields: Economics, Finance, Insurance, Risk
Management, Statistics, Law, Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration or
Management from a reputable university;

ACM or its equivalent;

A minimum of ten or more years’ experience in
insurance, five of which must be at assistant general manager or higher;
