Summary: The ICCO Financial Administrator
will be responsible for efficiently managing the finances, accounting and
reporting requirements at the Kampala office hence becoming effective in supporting
staff & management in this area. Working closely with the Global Office
finance department, the incumbent will ensure proper books of accounts are
maintained.

In charge of providing efficient and effective
Bank duties including cheque writing, banking, withdrawals, and bank
reconciliations, on a monthly basis.

Ensure timely reconciliation of all balance sheet
accounts as outlined in ICCO’s accounting system – MS-Dynamics, on a monthly
basis.

Handle all advances on time, and ensure that

Qualifications,

The incumbent should hold a degree in Commerce or
Accounting or any related course
