About
USAID Project:
EngenderHealth seeks
to implement an anticipated USAID-funded project that will support improving
access, especially at the community level, to affordable, quality family
planning services and a wide range of contraceptive methods.
Job
Summary:
The Deputy
Chief of Party/Technical Director will oversee the development, implementation,
and monitoring of project activities and provide the technical expertise
required for the project to achieve its objectives.
Qualifications,
Skills and Experience: 
  • The applicant should preferably hold an advanced degree in health
    sciences, nursing, public health, or a related field
  • A minimum of eight or more years of senior-level programmatic and
    technical experience in family planning
  • Five years’ experience of managing USAID-funded programs.
  • Fluent spoken and written English and one or more of Uganda’s
    local languages preferred.
