Key Duties and Responsibilities: The Learning and Development Assistant will be responsible for:
- Ensuring training programmes/solutions run smoothly
- Ensure cost effective implementation of training plans
- Compiling learner performance and evaluation training reports
- Ensuring and planning for refreshments during training
- Ensuring effective training record keeping
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should hold a degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent
- At least three years’ experience in training in an industrial setting
- Past experience in a Training environment will be an added advantage
- Should be self-motivated, result oriented, ethical, and a good team player.
- Excellent spoken and written English language and computer skills.
- Highly innovative and work with minimum supervision.
