now seeks to recruit on behalf of its valued Client, a key player in the
Manufacturing Industry.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Identifies business
    opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in
    the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Sells products by
    establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending
  • Maintains
    relationships with clients by providing support, information, and
    guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending
    profit and service improvements.
  • Identifies product
    improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends,
    market activities, and competitors
  • Compiles and prepares reports
    by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintains professional
    and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing
    professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking
    state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies
  • Submit weekly/monthly
    sales report to Top Management
  • Develop/Maintain
    strong relationship with new/existing client network
  • Travelling and
    creating new tie ups with the Dealers/Retailers
  • Responsible for negotiating
    and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
  • Meeting regular sales
  • Making technical
    presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
  • Providing pre-sales
    technical assistance and product education
Qualifications, Skills and
  • A minimum of five or
    more years’ experience handling Dealers/Retail Sales in
    building/construction materials: Roofings/steel, cement, paint, industrial
  • General business and
    management experience
  • Strong strategic skills
    and proven leadership profile
  • Valid driving licence
    for Motorbike
  • Exceptional
    interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated,
    self-starter, high energy, positive and inspiring
    Confident, self-assured, participative management style
  • Excellent communicator
    in both written and spoken word
  • Strong strategic and
    planning skills
