Flitlinks is associated with Trust Company Ltd a leading exporter of high quality used motor vehicles based in Nagoya, Japan. As the sole appointed representative for Uganda, Flitlinks runs the TRUST Customer Service Centre based at Forest Mall in Kampala.
Job Summary: The Sales Team Executives will be responsible for growing on-line sales of used motor vehicles.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieving sales targets,
- Servicing existing customers,
- Strategizing for penetration of new markets,
- Maintaining up-to-date customer information and developing an effective customer data base,
- Quickly solving customer complaints promptly to ensure maximum customer satisfaction,
- Identifying value adding customer service improvement activities,
- Building long term customer relationships for effective customer retention,
- Working closely with the sales team at the headquarters in Nagoya, Japan.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree and relevant training in business disciplines
- Three or more years’ experience in sales related functions,
- Excellent organizational and reporting skills,
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
- Good working knowledge and understanding of motor vehicles is an added advantage.
