Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct
preventive maintenance/servicing on all trade coolers - Minimize
downtime on trade coolers - Identify
and fix electrical & Refrigeration faults. - Maintain,
repair and optimize coolers and associated devices. - Ensure
all safety standards are carried in execution of works. - Comply
with recommended Safe Work Procedures.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The Fridge Technicians must hold
ordinary diplomas in /Refrigeration Engineering - At least two years’ experience in a FMCG
Environment will be advantageous. - Possess a Valid Driver’s License;
- High energy, self-discipline and drive,
conceptualizing and innovative thinking, goal orientation and strong
output bias. - Highly proactive mindset, self-starter
and with initiative, ability to communicate (verbal and written). - Computer literacy skills i.e.
proficiency in Microsoft word, power point and excel is an added advantage - Willingness to work and travel anywhere
within Uganda.
