for all End User Support Devices- Desktops, Laptops & Printers, Desk
phones etc. at any of the MTN locations - Software
installation & Configuration –For all EUC related OS and other
applications - Trouble
shooting and providing solution for all EUC related hardware and software
issues - Responsible
for performing periodic PM activity for all EUC related devices - Responsible
for Antivirus & Patch Management on End user support devices. - In charge
of End-user Asset Management and Reporting - Remote
location visit and support. (Service Center & Branches). - Management
of vendor deliverables where services are provided externally. - Escalating unresolved issues to Vendors where
required - Following
up with Vendors till the resolution of the issue - Measuring
& recording the vendor performance reports - Responsible
for providing periodic updates to end users on their Incidents /SRs and
updating the same in tool. - Responsible
for logging incidents /SR on behalf of End users – Wherever required - Accountable
for Application and OS standardization for EUC environment throughout MTN - Responsible
for Managing Licensed application and provide the updates to Management. - Need to
prepare reports on End user support where required - Implementation
of Changes based on Hub processes - Ensure
the closing of End User related audit points - Implementing
Best Practice for End Users devices including Capacity Planning - Notifying
the MTN on major incidents occurred - Apprise
the IT senior manager on all License issues in your area - Ensure
that all Laptops and Desktops are on the LAN and abide with the MTN SEA
HUB Policies - Charged
with gathering feedback from users about the quality of service we are
providing to him - Responsible
to take confirmation from user before closing any incident about healthy
incident closure and by this avoid incident re-openings - Prepare
SOPs and KBASE about EUC incident resolutions and submit - Take
initiatives of best practices implementation under EUC domain. Follow the
best practices which EUC manager suggest to drive - Responsible
for any other support for the Initiatives which EUC manger or Sr.
Management implements within EUC domain
- The
applicant should possess at least four years’ experience and above in a
busy corporate environment. - Additional
training on Microsoft products like Windows and Server - Professional
MCSE certification - Knowledge
an exposure to Microsoft solutions i.e. Operating Systems and management
tools. - Active
Directory Management experience - Windows
Client Installation and Maintenance - Antivirus
Administration skills - Good
understanding and knowledge of SCCM/SCOM - Possess
the ability to work with service desk
