client, an established distributor of FMCG products in the East African Region
is interested in recruiting young, talented and experienced Ugandans to fill
the following key positions:-
Job Summary: The Sales &
Marketing Manager will be responsible for the growth of the distributor market
share & business profitability through strategically promoting company
products, managing sales team performance, penetrating new markets and
delivering sales revenues with quality customer service.
Key Duties and
Responsibilities
:
  • Development & execution of the distributor
    Sales & Marketing strategy.
  • Managing the sales & marketing process to
    deliver results.
  • Grow distributor market share across the
    region.
  • Oversee effective implementation of marketing
    & promotion activities for distributor visibility
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Champion innovation in trade & distribution
    channels for all markets.
  • Manage and support sales team performance &
    development.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
  • The prospective applicant should hold a Bachelors
    Degree in Marketing or business course 
  • Five or more years experience in FMCG Sales.
