Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- All candidates should hold a University
level in sociology, development studies, child rights, health or
education. - Five years experience in a similar
position, in development cooperation. - A minimum of three years of management
experience. - Experience in Child Rights based
programming and financial management. - Skilled in report writing, computer literacy
skills and fluency in English. - Communication skills, team spirit and
leadership qualities. - Knowledge of programme management and the
political, religious and social structures of the respective developing
country/ region and the relevant foreign languages.
