Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the project and document
    administration of KEE RAP project 
  • Offer support on development of IFS bids
    and EOIs 
  • Actively participate on IFS assignments
    through project support to gain knowledge and experience 
  • Assist in business development actives for
    IFS within East Africa region through maintenance of data base
    highlighting PPP opportunities, current programmes within the region 
  • To learn and use Mott MacDonald
    procedures, software packages, and working practices. 
  • Complete administrative duties and take on
    the responsibility for particular functions of work to enable up to date
    and easily accessible information. 
  • Analysis of data; undertaking data
    extraction and manipulation, charting data to understand the information
    relevant to each project, and ensuring that all data is checked and
    correct. 
  • When necessary, provide assistance in the
    building of financial Models; creating equations, understanding
    coefficients and their signs, and creating graphical output in Excel. 
  • Contributing to the creation and
    development of client presentations. 
  • Attendance of both internal and external
    meetings during a project; taking responsibility for organising meetings,
    and writing up all internal and external project meeting minutes and
    action points
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
  • The applicant should possess a Bachelor’s
    Degree in a relevant field
Technical Competencies:
