Reporting
to:
CEO/General Manager
Key
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • General
    administration of the firm to ensure operational efficiency and
    profitability;
  • Ensure
    all bids are prepared on time and to the desired quality standards as set
    by the Directors;
  • Responsible
    for all HR issues;
  • Ensure
    that on-going construction projects are being delivered on time, to
    quality and cost with proper documentation;
  • Ensure
    proper project cash-flow management and CRM,
  • Ensure
    proper financial management at the firm to ensure proper accounting
    documentation, filing of URA Tax returns, production of all relevant
    financial reports;
  • Possess
    high moral standards
Qualifications,
Skills and Experience:
  • The
    candidate should possess a relevant degree (Management, Engineering) from
    a recognized institution.
  • At
    least 2 years’ working experience in a management position.
  • Ability
    to write proposals with good project management skills
