Job Title: Field Supervisors

Duty Station: Uganda
About Us:
IDinsight is an international development consulting organization that
helps policymakers and managers make socially impactful decisions using
rigorous evaluation methodologies. The purpose of this position is to assist
IDinsight with the administration and management of survey-based evaluations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist in survey design and piloting
  • Secure permissions from local governments
  • Supervise a team of 8-10 enumerators
  • Ensure quality data collection
  • Conduct regular audits
  • Be in constant communication with
    IDinsight and field staff
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • The applicant should possess a University
    graduate
  • Three or more years of survey work
    experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial role
  • Fluency in English and Luganda or Lusoga
  • Knowledge of public healthcare facilities
    (preferred)
  • Experience working in rural areas
  • Skills in problem solving and
    communication
  • Basic technological skills
Employment Details:
Start date: October/November 2013
Duration: two months, with possibility of extension
Salary: competitive, including per diem for days in the field
