About TILLC:
Tulane International (TILLC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tulane
University, a US-based tertiary education institution. TILLC has been present
in Uganda since 1998. TILLC seeks candidates for office operations support and
for a number of management, technical and consultant positions for anticipated
programs in Uganda.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  
  • The Advocacy Specialist should hold a bachelor’s
    degree in law, political science, social policy or in a related social
    science discipline;
  • Three years’ experience in advocacy and
    civil society engagement with a particular focus on building the capacity
    of indigenous community groups in advocacy and engagement;
  • Two years of technical experience in
    dealing with multiple stakeholders including the judiciary, CSOs, and
    adjudication institutions in a developing country;
  • Demonstrated experience in civil society
    engagement in Uganda
