Senior Stores Assistant – Local Government Finance Commission (LGFC)

Duty Station: Kampala,
Uganda


Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Receiving, recording and storing supplies
  • Receiving requisitions and orders and
    issuing stores
  • Taking stocks and re-order levels.
  • Examining and verifying the stores
    invoices
  • Taking the records of all stores received
    and issued out
  • Maintaining facilities for preservation,
    packing and storage
  • Perform any other duty as and when
    directed by the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • All suitably qualified Ugandans with
    integrity holding a diploma in Stores Management from a recognized
    University/ Institution with at least three years working
    experience in Stores Management in Government Ministries, Departments,
    Agencies or Local Government.
  • Additional skills in planning, organizing,
    ICT, accountability and Communication are a must.
