Fina Bank
(Uganda) is a commercial bank in Uganda. It is one of the commercial banks
licensed by Bank of Uganda, the central bank of that country and the national
banking regulator. In order to
facilitate its
growth strategy, we wish to recruit focused, innovative and proactive
individuals to fill the following positions.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • The prospective candidate should possess
    a University graduate / post graduate in any discipline with Diploma /
    Degree in Marketing.
  • Two years work experience of marketing
    in the Banking industry.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of present
    environment of the Banking industry in Uganda and capable of handling and
    leading marketing department of the Bank.
  • Effective Leadership and Management
    Skills.
  • High Level of Self Confidence and Team
    work.
  • Be result Oriented, Dynamic and
    Aggressive.
  • Skillful problem solver who makes things
    happen.
  • Good communication Skills.
  • Good Interpersonal skills
