About NCSC:

NCSC is a unique
non-governmental organization providing technical assistance, training and
technology to advance justice systems in the 50 U.S. states and around the
world. Founded more than 40 years ago by the leaders of the U.S. courts to
deliver on the promise of Equal Justice under Law, NCSC partners with donor
agencies, host-country governments, and non-governmental organizations to
create more effective justice institutions and promote the Rule of Law. The National
Center for State Courts (NCSC) is seeking qualified Ugandan citizens to
fill the below positions for the “Supporting Access to Justice, Fostering
Equity & Peace” (SAFE Program) funded by USAID.
Job
Summary:
  The Finance Manager will be responsible for general
accounting duties including payroll administration, reporting and
reconciliation of office expenses and overall financial administration of the NCSC
office.
Qualifications,
Skills and Experience:
·        
The
applicant should hold a University degree in business administration
, management , finance or other related degree;
·        
A
minimum of five years of substantive financial management experience ;
·        
Financial
management experience with USAID funded projects ;
·        
Proven
proficiency in Microsoft Excel
