Job
Summary: The Job Holder
will provide Safety Policies, plans and procedures advice and supervision in
field activities.
Key
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist
    and coordinate initiatives for development of health and safety culture in
    field.
  • Manage
    and keep up to date field emergency management plan, coordinate and follow
    up emergency response drills.
  • Coordinate
    implementation of risk management plans, engage other disciplines and
    coordinate the identification and mitigation of potential health and
    safety hazards.
  • Coordinate
    and provide health and safety training for employees and contractors.
  • Periodic
    reporting on EHS activities and EHS performance indicators in field
    activities.
  • Participate
    in health and safety incident investigations and be responsible for
    closeout of actions out of such audits and inspections
 Qualifications,
Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s
    degree of above in Engineering, safety/environment or the related.
  • Graduates
    or experienced in oil & gas industry
  • Knowledge
    of QHSE system making and reviewing.
  • Knowledge
    of Chinese and international QHSE laws, regulations and criteria
  • Knowledge
    of process and technology of HSE management
