Job
Summary:
The job holder
will administer the District store through maintenance of appropriate stock
levels and  records in the store.

Key
Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Verify
    receipts to stock against item code
  • Bin
    and stack indoor materials
  • Check
    CRIV Consolidated requested and voucher for proper authorization and
    supporting documents
  • Physically
    contribute materials against authorized CRIV
  • Identify
    all obsolete and damaged materials for write off procedures
  • Mark
    stock counts and reconcile vacancies if any.
  • Check
    returned copies of CRIVs and supporting documentation after receiving
    items.
  • Ensure
    safety of materials
  • Conduct
    stock takes frequently.
  • Manage
    stock level to ensure minimal interruption to business.
  • Monitor,
    draw and project appropriately with all users.
  • Monitor
    stock level and raise replenishment request when stock levels fall

Qualifications,
Skills & Experience:

  • Diploma
    in Stores, Procurement and Logistics management
  • Network
    experience is an added advantage
  • Three
    (3) years experience with ability demonstrate Inventory Management

Personal

literacy, Honesty and Integrity, Accuracy, Detail-oriented, Team player, Self
supervising, Customer Care Skills
