Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Tender/Bid Management Process and One Point of Contact for all the Bids in Uganda  Region
  • Regular Interaction and Co-ordination Multiple Stakeholders of the Proposal/opportunity and assisting them by preparing bid responses.
  • Excellent Communication and Documentation Skills and Must have Expertise in MS Office
  • Take full control and responsibility for the production of proposals and liaison with Centralized Bid Team in ensuring successful conclusion in line with RFP Requirements
  • Recording, analyzing and managing issues, risks, clarifications and dependencies during the bid preparation
  • Continued activity and responsibility to raise the standard and quality of bids to increase bid win ratio.
  • Confirming that the proposal is deemed acceptable from the perspectives of Finance (Price & Terms), Delivery (Estimation), Practice (Technical Solution), GM- Sales (What Customer Wants)
  • Partner interaction for specific opportunities and driving the partner in receiving the deliverables as per the RFP Requirements
  • Co-ordinate with ‘Non-Bid Management” resources in few regions on case to case basis and assisting them in Printing and Binding Plan to ensure successful submission
 Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
  • Graduate or Post Graduate
  • Min 2+ years to 5+ years of experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Competent IT skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
