About Baylor:
The Baylor College of Medicine Children’s Foundation –Uganda headquartered at Mulago hospital , is a comprehensive HIV/AIDS care and treatment organization that supports the treatment and care of HIV infected and affected Children and Adults.

Job Summary: To monitor the implementation of Baylor Uganda Capacity Building activities in the attached regions in line with MoH and Baylor Uganda objectives for health professional systems strengthening.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
·         An M.B.Ch.B and registered with the Uganda Medical and Dental Practitioners Council with post graduate training in public health or related area .Training in pediatric HIV management will be of added advantage.
·         Have at least five years medical experience and three years experience coordinating health professionals capacity development programs –applicants with proven health worker training and/or mentoring experience are preferred.
·         Partnership experience particularly working with ministry of health district officials will be of added advantage.
·         Have proven clinical practice experience in providing HIV care ,treatment and prevention and have ever written research abstracts and manuscripts and even presented in conferences or published
