Organisation: Uganda Electricity Transmission Company Limited (UETCL)
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
· Oversee the provision of legal services to the Company.
· Provides services that lead to the timely and efficient procurement of good, works and services.
· Provide security services that shall safeguard all Company resources
· Support the Company in the performance of its single buyer mandate.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
· University Degree in Law or Business Administration or the Institute of Chattered Secretaries and Administrators professional qualification.
· At least 10 years of work experience of which five years should have been at management level in a reputable organization .
· Significant experience in managing in handling Power Purchase Agreement and power sales agreement .
· 35 years and above .
