Our Client Innovis offers Network Services and has vast experience in running complex networks. It works with Telecom Operators in Network Planning & Deployment Services, Network Operations Services, Network Performance Services, Market Entry & Consulting services and HR – Manpower Consultancy Services & is seeking to recruit a result driven and motivated individual for the vacancy above;
Job Purpose: To manage end to end HR function of  an Organisation of 50 employees.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Recruitment of resources
  • Induction of new employees
  • Ownership of HR policy and ensuring implementation of same
  • Pay-roll processing
  • Employee Performance Management
  • Policy implementation
  • Facilitating Employee motivation program
  • Co-ordinate with Line Manager  for Employee feedback
  • Comp & Benefit as per company directive
  • Management of regulatory compliance
  • Co-ordinate with Finance for reimbursement of Employee claims
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
  • Management Degree  with HR specialisation.
  • Must be user friendly with Microsoft office package like excel, word and power point etc
  • 5-6 years of hard core HR experience of a Services company having Technical.
