Job Title: Marking Processor

Duties and Responsibilities:
·         Receive, confirm and sign for markers volume stocks assigned to him by the supervisor / Company Depots manager.
·         Is responsible of all markers volume stocks that were assigned to him/her by the supervisor / Company Depots Manager
·         Maintain proper up-keep and safety of inventory books, and any other company documents at all times.
·         Responsible for the overall security and safe keep of the markers stocks at the depot.
·         Prepare, process & distribute the markers for marking of tankers/trains, accurately and timely, according to each and every Marking P.O’s being handed to him by the depot representative.
·         Responsible of accurate and proper marking of each and every tanker/train, as per marking P.O provided to him by the depot representative.
·         Confirm that each and every marked P.O’s detail is written and filled correctly on the P.O form, all signatures and depot stamps exists.
·         Responsible of recording correctly all Marked P.O in the batch form (and that no marked P.O’s are left in the books)
·         Responsible of all marking assistant’s proper performance, execution of their tasks and actions under him in the depot.
·         Confirm that all marking procedures are being followed at all times at the depot.
·         Confirm that all safety procedures are being followed and implemented by himself/herself and all marking assistants in the depot (wearing of all safety equipment; over coast’s, gloves, boots, eye goggles, masks and any other safety instructions communicated by the company from time to time)
·         Responsible of the well up keep and cleanliness of the marking room, and all other marking equipment in the depot.
·         In charge of communication between the depots appointed officers and the marking team of the company.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
·         Diploma in any related field.
·         Ability to communicate effectively.
·         Very honest and trustworthy.
