• Manage the planning, organization and
  budgeting of all company raw materials.
• Develop key analytics for all materials
  required for production purposes and work with Purchasing Manager to
  ensure delivery of the materials.
• Develop and align business processes for
  planning and general management of raw materials.
• Support the Supply Chain and Stores
  teams in the alignment and follow up on execution of material planning,
  procurement and storage procedures.
• Liaise with the production, procurement
  and stores team to ensure consistency and quality of raw materials
  planned.
• Anticipate potential problems and risks
  and generate ideas for acquisition and effective management of materials.
• Analyze market conditions and delivery
  systems to assess present and future availability of raw materials.
• Monitor material levels and ensure
  availability of raw materials during emergencies.
• Generate reports on materials status
  positions and consumption patterns for the entire raw materials/product
  range.
• Manage all SAP related issues related to
  materials planning and management.
• Perform any other related tasks that may
  be assigned.

• The ideal candidate for the Movit
  Products Limited (MPL) Materials Planning Supervisor job placement should
  hold a Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Logistics Management or any
  Business related course from a recognized university.
• Professional certification in
  Procurement and Supplies (CIPS) is an added advantage.
• At least three years of relevant professional
  experience in planning, Stores & Supply Chain Management.
• Working knowledge of ERP Systems is an
  added advantage.
• Ability to independently plan and
  execute complex tasks while addressing daily management details and
  remaining organized and focused.
• Ability to assess problems and develop
  solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal communication
  skills and excellent organization skills.
