Job Summary: The Head of Doctors is the team leader
responsible for creating a sense of direction for all doctors, both full time
and part time within the institution, and also act as a bridge between the
doctors and the senior management team with the overall goal of creating
efficiency amongst the doctors and continuity of care within the institution.
