African Initiatives for Relief
and Development (AIRD) is a non-governmental, non-political, non-religious and
non-profit international organization whose objective is to provide operational
support but not limited to: supply chain, logistics, construction,
infrastructure, environment, livelihoods and WASH in partnership with relief
and development organizations which primarily focus on disaster-affected and development-orientation
areas.
Job Summary: The Finance/Admin
Assistant is responsible for financial and administrative management,
maintaining records and inputting them into suitable database.



Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The
    applicant for the AIRD Finance/Admin Assistant job must hold a Bachelor’s
    degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Bachelor of Commerce
  • A
    minimum of two years’ relevant experience in general accounting or finance
    position
  • Computer
    Skills;
  • Proficiency
    in QuickBooks and Excel
  • Strong
    interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability
    to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
