About US:
African Initiatives for Relief and Development (AIRD) is a non-governmental, non-political, non-religious and non-profit international organization whose objective is to provide operational support but not limited to: supply chain, logistics, construction, infrastructure, environment, livelihoods and WASH in partnership with relief and development organizations which primarily focus on disaster-affected and development-orientation areas.

Job Summary: The Human Resource Officer will be working in co-ordination with all staff to ensure that all tasks are carried out in accordance with the HR SOP.


Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The applicant for the AIRD Human Resource Officer job must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or General Management
  • At least three years of experience in the human resource practice preferably in an NGO.
  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to represent and report writing skills. (Leadership skills)
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
  • Good computer skills
