Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • The
    HR Supervisor works closely with the HR Manager in Planning, organizing,
    and implementing all activities of the department. Participates in
    developing department goals, objectives, and systems. Implements and
    monitors performance evaluation program.
  • Develops, recommends, and implements HR
    policies and procedures.
  • Carries out recruitment, new-employee
    orientations; Monitors career path program, employee relations counseling,
    and exit interviewing.
  • Establishes and maintains department records and reports.
  • Evaluates reports, decisions, and results of
    department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches,
    policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of
    department and services performed.



Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree
    with an HR background
  • At least five years of relevant HR experience.
  • Excellent communication, writing and analytical
    skills;
  • English language fluency
  • Age: 25 to 35
    years
