Job Summary: The
Pharmaceutical Financial Management (PFM) intern will work closely with the
Technical Officer- Medicines Finance and UHSC District Support team. The
incumbent will manage and update PFM data to ensure clean data is available for
just in time analysis. This data will be used to assess the effectiveness and
efficiency of PFM supervisions by Medicine Management Supervisors (MMS) on
health facilities.
Key Duties and
Responsibilities:  
  • Carry out validation to ensure
    completeness of the PFM assessment tools submitted by the supervisors.
  • Data entry of the PFM supervision tools in
    the PFM electronic database
  • Tasked with filing, storage and archiving
    of PFM supervision tools as per stated standard operating procedure.
  • Manage and maintain the PFM tracker for
    supervisions tools submitted
  • Compile a monthly report on the errors
    identified in the submitted PFM assessment tool.
  • In charge of the verification and
    processing payment of the submitted PFM assessment tools.




Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Possess good computer skills particularly
    Microsoft suite package

    Level.
