Job Summary: The Sales
Representatives will support the selling points for Joha’s growing market
needs. The ideal candidate will possess a high energy level, outgoing
personality and be results oriented, with demonstrated success in sales and
marketing.
Key Duties and
Responsibilities:  
  • Generating leads by identify new and
    prospective clients and markets locally.
  • Tasked with meeting or exceeding monthly
    sales targets.
  • Responsible for negotiating all contracts
    with prospective clients.
  • Helping determine pricing schedules for
    quotes, promotions and negotiations.
  • Preparing and submitting weekly and monthly
    reports.
  • Giving sales presentations to a range of
    prospective clients.
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing
    programs.
  • Understanding and promoting company
    programs.
  • Obtaining deposits and balance of payment
    from clients.
  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts
    for orders.
  • Visiting clients and potential clients to
    evaluate needs or promote products and services.
  • Maintaining client records.
  • Answering client questions about credit
    terms, products, prices and availability.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
  • The applicants for this position must hold
    Certificates /Diplomas in any field with experience to the above.
  • A minimum of two to three years of selling
    experience is required
  • Understanding of the sales process and
    dynamics.
  • Show commitment to excellent customer
    service.
  • Capable of seeking out and participating
    in local networking events .
  • Identifies prospects, customers, and
    referral sources, while developing and maintaining excellent
    relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication
    skills (oral, written, presentation) including the ability to quickly
    build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
  • Must be highly organized and self
    motivated.
  • Reasoning Ability: Must be able to work
    independently with minimal supervision.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Previous experience using computers for a
    variety of tasks.
  • Knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel.
  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast
    paced environment.
  • Skills: Maturity, Confidence,
    Perseverance, Patience, Excellent interpersonal skills, Commercial
    awareness, IT skills, Negotiating skills, Numerical skills, Possess a
    strong sense of urgency.
NB: This is a “base
salary with a generous commission” position with the potential for unlimited
earnings depending on your ability to meet monthly targets.
