has been involved in consultancy work with government, industrialists, local
clients, as well humanitarian work for international Non-governmental
organizations (NGOs) and the UN agencies.
Responsibilities:
- Tasked with coordinating, planning and
implementation of nutrition programs in the designated project areas. - Ensure participation in planning workshops
and meetings, including documentation of workshop/meeting proceedings as
deemed best for the program and organization. - Responsible for designing and developing
behavioral change materials, as well as spearheading the dissemination of
behavioral change messages to caretakers and community. - Supervise, manage, and monitor all project
nutrition related operations ensuring timely and cost efficient delivery
of all supplies such as the client rations as well as client and Ration
cards.
Experience:
- The ideal candidate should preferably hold
a University degree in Dietetics and Human Nutrition. - At least two years of working experience
in the same field. - Proficiency in speaking any of these
languages Lugbara, Madi and Kiswahili will be an added advantage.
