About Compassion Project:
Church of God of East Africa Uganda in Bugiri Cluster Child Ministry is
committed to fulfilling the great commission as mandated by our Lord Jesus
Christ in Matthew 28:16-20. They are currently working in partnership with
Compassion International in the Ministry of Nurturing Poor Children, and
releasing them from poverty in Jesus name.
Key Duties and
Responsibilities:  
  • Prepare annual work plans
  • The jobholder will make Home visitations
    to the children
  • Update image taking
  • Tasked with preparing and submitting
    monthly reports to the project director and overseer
  • Responsible for the children’s Gifts,
    correspondence (Letter writing) to their sponsors
  • Head of curriculum activities and program
  • Perform any other activities as required
    by the Organization     
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
  • The applicant must hold a Diploma in
    Education, SWASA, Community Development, Business Administration and other
    humanities
  • Computer literacy skills
  • The applicant should have a personal
    relationship with Jesus Christ (Mature Born-again)
  • Be an Advocate for children and care
    givers
  • Child protection skills and experience is
    mandatory
  • Recommendation letter from REV or PASTOR
    is a MUST
  • Ready to work in rural settings
  • Age: Between 25 -35 years
