Job Summary: The Sales Territory Manager will be tasked with the exponential growth of sales of So Sure Reusable Sanitary Pads.  The Sales Territory Managers are responsible for all sales in their assigned region, and for growing the commercial sales footprint and uptake.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:   
  • Support, develop and grow the company’s customer and retail base through effective, innovative sales and marketing strategies
  • Exceed sales and revenue targets
  • Build and manage relationships with retailers and customers in assigned territory
  • Provide pre- and post-sales support to existing customer base and retail partners
  • Increase number and geographical coverage of retailers for product sales to direct consumers by identifying and securing new business and market opportunities
  • The incumbent will also design and implement targeted marketing campaigns and activities to increase sales and brand visibility
  • Increase product and brand visibility through effective communication and marketing strategies
  • Regularly respond to sales inquiries
  • Lead product and sales trainings for retailers and end consumers
  • Represent and promote the company and product to increase sales and boost brand visibility
  • Continuously strive to improve consumer satisfaction and retailer relationships
  • Contribute to development of effective, lowest-cost distribution/retail system
  • Support product research and development, on existing and new products
  • Ensure rigorous financial management of all expenditures, revenue and transactions, regulatory compliance, and consistently accurate and timely submissions
  • Diligently provide accurate and transparent records and administration, including weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  
  • The ideal candidate should preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree from a credited university in business, sales, marketing, entrepreneurship, international development, or related fields
  • At least three years’ experience in sales/marketing, with demonstrated increase in responsibility
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, customer service, relationship management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must have demonstrated ability to interact professionally across diverse populations
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver a customized, targeted sales pitch to a broad spectrum of potential customers.  An effective and persuasive communicator
  • Broad knowledge and understanding of quality customer service and sales support
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, while exercising maturity, resilience, good judgment, and professionalism at all times
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Mastery of English with excellent command of the language, both written and oral
  • Experienced in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SEO and social media
