and answering any queries in accordance to QuickBooks system prompts.

Maintaining relevant ledger books and ensuring
that ledger transactions have been properly posted.

Ensuring that all vouchers that have been
prepared and are ready for payment have all necessary attachments and have gone
through the right approval process before passing them for payment.

Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The applicant should preferably hold a
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or its equivalent.
Possession of a Postgraduate qualification shall be an added advantage. - Full professional accounting certification is desired
- A minimum of two years’ experience from a
reputable organisation. - Computer literacy i.e. experience in usage
of Accounting packages such as QuickBooks, shall be an added advantage. - Excellent interpersonal skills.
